If I could personally thank Simon, I would! I sent him my McLaren GT3 wheel to have the shifters’ issue fixed once and for all, all the way from Portugal to the UK. Those who have this wheel know how bad of a job Fanatec did there. I had previously sent it to Germany to be fixed at the factory, but sadly the issue was not solved. Simon, on the other hand, replaced the shifter with these great-looking, great-feeling paddles and strengthened the internal mechanism. Additionally, he also fixed one of the wheel buttons that had become loose after Fanatec’s “repair”. All of this in just a day! (Simon got the wheel on Monday and I received it on Wednesday same week) I cannot be happier with the result. Well worth the price! If you have issues with your McLaren GT3 wheel, do not hesitate to send it to Simon. He will do what Fanatec could not ever do. 5 stars, top-notch professional work right here! 😉

Same as the usb modification, works flawlessly. Very snappy feel and looks great in carbon fiber. Save me throwing the wheel out as the Fanatec let down shifter problem started. Simon got my wheel on Weds, and I had it back on Thurs.

This upgrade makes the wheel feel and look more premium! The paddles make a really satisfying click and are really comfortable to use. If you are getting the dreaded Fanatec Mclaren double shifts and tired of fixing it each time it happens, then do what I did and purchase this upgrade. Worth every single penny and I had my rim back within one week of sending it to Simon.
