We have made this product which was promised by Fanatec when they launched the CSW DD wheelbases but still have not delivered.
Please be aware that the hole spacing of the bolts on this part is 63mm diameter. A customer has just received one and thier original part has a diameter of 62mm so I assume Fanatec has changed something. Please measure your original part to check yours is 63mm before ordering. I am sorry for this. Everything has been fitting perfectly until this one customer has reported an issue. click here for drawing
So by popular demand we have made out own version.
Fanatec products was names Type F - as far as we can tell this replicates that.
Designed to allow you to replace the QR2 male QR on your CSW DD and replace it with a QR1 version.
Simple to fit. Just remove the 4 bolts holding the QR2 part on. Slide that off, leaving the pin plug on the wheelbase. Then replace with the QR1 part.
Made from high quality aluminium with a Black anodised finish. As with most of our aluminium parts this is lightly sandblasted first to ensure a great finish.
Looks great really well finished off part, however in use the sizing isn't quite right.
To much play is now between the shaft and the QR1 something that didn't occur on my DD Pro and also if you use a qr lite it isn't possible to turn it to tighten.
I purchased as i own 7 wheels with QR1 and never had an issue with play etc..., so i decided to buy this.

QR1 for Fanatec clubsport DD
Thanks to SRM for the adapter part for the Clubsport DD, top quality as always. It saved me from having to buy QR2s for my four steering wheels. The part fits perfectly on the base and the steering wheel QRs. If you need one, go for it! Second order and ultra-fast delivery to Switzerland. 5 stars

Hi Christoph, Thank you for the honest review. I am quite aware that this product is not perfect, but as there is nothing else out there i've kept it on the shop, although I won't be making any more once stock is gone. Most people find it fits fine, but I am fully aware that some older QR's don't fit or are too tight. I was not aware of the issue with the plastic QR's though :(. I have refunded you in full.
