I am trying to decide the future of Sim Racing Machines.
Following on from my last Blog about upcoming retirement for me personally I am left with the dilemma of what to do with the business and products.
At the end of June 2026 I will loose the warehouse and therefore a quality distribution and shipping process. I don't really want to go back to shipping from home.
As I see it there are four viable options going forward...
1. Keep the shop running with a reduced inventory and ship from home with restricted shipping to once or twice a week.
2. Stop selling retail and just supply wholesale to selected retailers around the world.
3. Sell or Pass on the business to someone willing to uphold the quality.
4. Close down completely.
