Mr. Trump's 2025 tariffs are causing chaos throughout world trade and Sim racing Machines are not immune.
Some customers have reported massive customs charges for products we supply that come from China. The tariffs for goods from China are the most affected.
Today we have added customs information onto every product page so you can tell where the goods originate from and how they would be declared on our shipping documentation.
Products that we assemble or partly make in the UK are legitimately declared as from the UK (GB) even if they contain parts that we have made in China. Only products that we buy in from China and sell on without modification are declared as from China.
What sort of items are declared as UK?
- Conversion kits
- Emulators
- Converted Fanatec or Simagic steering wheels
What products should I be careful of if I'm in the USA?
- Fanatec wheels, QR's and accessories that are not modified.
- Simagic wheels that are not modified.

We hope the actions we have made will help keep things going while this chaos continues.
Looking forward:
If we were able to fit QR's to the emulators and sell them as a complete unit then that could be described as from the UK and not China. Selling them separately means we would have to declare the QR as from China. So we will look at a range of emulators that have a QR1 or QR2 pre fitted if that would help.
The same goes for conversion kits where you might want to buy a Simagic QR with the kit.
