New design from the original version. This one is specifically designed for the purpose and is 22% shorter than the previous version.

You will need to open your steering wheel to fit this.

Very high quality parts made of Black Anodised aluminium. The new pin plug is my own replacement using Automotive grade pins that are far less likely to break that the original Fanatec ones.

How to fit your adapter

The first step is to open your steering wheel and remove the Fanatec Quick Release with the pin plug cable.
- Follow the instruction sheet below to open your steering wheel.
- Carefully remove the pin plug cable from the wheel PCB. This is normally held in place with glue and that can be carfully removed as it gets very brittle. Be very careful not to pull the cable because it is easy to pull the whole plug off the wheel PCB and that will cause a lot of damage. Just take your time.
- Now remove the QR from the wheel by undoing the 6 bolts. These are often heavily threadlocked in place so again, take your time.
Now you can attach the adapter kit to the wheel using 3 countersunk bolts.
Finally attach the QR1 or QR2 to the kit

Highly refined quality product

I was impressed by the build quality of this adapter for my fanatec universal hub v1. My previously abandoned hub is now rocking on my DD2 using QR2. This solution saved me plenty of money and just works amazing. Shipping to the US was very fast. Highly recommended product.

Fitting instructions are a little different depending on the adpater plate you have or the plate used on your emulator.

Which version do I have?

		STANDARD V1 Version 1 of the standard adapter. Square shape with SRM logo on top and custom threaded inserts.
		STANDARD V2 Version 2 of the standard adapter. Square shape with SRM logo on top, Uses nuts for inserts and has etched hole descriptions.
		Round V1 Version 1 of the round adapter. SRM logo on the side, Uses nuts for inserts.
		Round V2 Version 2 of the round adapter. SRM logo on the side, Uses nuts for inserts and has etched hole descriptions.
