Not yet shipped:
If you change your mind or cancel your order before shipping, we will terminate the order and refund you in full, but please remember that we cannot claim back PayPal or Credit Card fees, so we ask that you only cancel as a last resort.
If you want to change the ordered product, please email us first because changing an order is better than cancelling and creating a new one. We reserve the right to charge you any PayPal or credit card fees because we cannot get these back.
Items shipped or received:
Where goods have shipped and you wish to cancel, you must return the goods at your cost. We will then check the goods are as supplied and in perfect condition before refunding the cost of the items. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. We also charge a 6% restocking fee, this is to cover any items that need re-boxing and to cover payment fees (which we cannot recover).
I cannot accept returns where the product has been fitted or used in any way. The item must be complete with all bolts and parts that were supplied. Basically I must be able to restock and resell the item as brand new.
If you need help with shipping back, we can normally generate a return shipping label, and remove that cost from your refund.
Faulty items...
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact me first. Every item I make and sell is personally checked on my PC or the relevant wheelbase. I check every cable, kit and emulator so know they are fully working when shipped out.
Mistakes do happen of course so please let me know if anything is missing or wrong as soon as you can.
There is no restocking fee for faulty items and I will do my best to replace or refund items depending on discussion.
Kindly remember that with sim racing hardware and computers there are many things that can cause issues, most relate to software, drivers and other devices conflicting. Although I will try and help with these, issues related to this do not mean my product is faulty and do not mean you can just return them.

Kindly remember that Sim Racing Machines is a small, one-man, business, not a large corporation, so costs of cancellations and returns hurt financially, I am sorry to have to place a few conditions on returns, but I want to remain able to support sim racers.
