Reviews and feedback

As a small company your feedback is so important to us and other customers.

Currently we use two review systems to allow you to leave feedback and also research us and our products.

• Judge.me

Trustpilot

We signed up to Trustpilot last year and although the process works well it is very expensive for us, so we will be dropping the paid for version in November 2025 after a year.  Trustpilot emails the first 250 customers each month to invite them to leave a review.  This will drop to 50 once we downgrade, but you can still leave us a review by going direct to Trustpilot and searching for Sim Racing Machines.

Once we stop paying them, we will not be allowed to use their logo or place the number of stars and reviews on the web site.

Judge.me

Judge.me charge a fraction of the fees compared to Trustpilot.  We have been using them for over a year alongside... This is more product related and you will get an email inviting you to leave feedback or a review of any products you purchase.  We do not alter or block any reviews you leave.  The only thing we will do is leave a comment if useful.

Any review you leave will be visible to other customers looking at that product and will help them make an informed decision. 

You can also see a summary of the reviews and an AI generated overall summary on the shop home page.

I would like to thank everyone for leaving feedback (good or bad) both in the past and future.  Without this feedback it's difficult to be sure that I am developing products that help fellow sim racers.
