Another nail in the coffin of UK / EU trade with the introduction of a €3 per item EU customs duty coming in on the 1st July 2026.
This is not per parcel but per item in the parcel, so it will rack up to quite an extra charge making shipping between the UK and EU even more expensive.
Because of this and it totally wiping out the IOSS benefits I have decided to drop the EU for shipping direct from my shop as of late June.
It's not as bad as it sounds... I have agreed with Simraceshop.de and thefrenchsimracer.com that they will restock my products and therefore my key products will be available direct from them in Germany and France before I switch off EU sales on my shop.
