Shipping Information

The shipping options available will automatically be displayed during the checkout process once you have inputted your delivery address. Available shipping options may also be determined by the weight of the goods within your order.

Goods supplied are well packaged when they leave our premises. We cannot be held responsible for mishandling during transit.


Sim Racing Machines uses the following shipping methods:

  • DHL Express
    • Simply the best shipping service
  • FedEx
    • Good value and fairly fast
  • SRM Budget Shipping
    • I will select a shipper of my choice - This will be a slow service
    • This could be any courier or postal service, but it will have tracking.

Collections from these providers are made daily.

Worldwide Shipping

Sim Racing Machines are able to ship Worldwide if the couriers allow it.

The shop should provide shipping options automatically at the point of checkout. If it doesn’t please get in touch as it may be necessary to calculate a price manually.


United Kingdom: VAT is included in the prices on the website.

European Union: If you are a personal customer you will not have to pay any additional customs charges to receive your order. The price you pay us is all you will pay.

We are registered for IOSS in the EU, so we charge VAT for countries in the EU. IOSS is for orders under 150 Euro, where an order is higher than 150 Euro we still charge VAT but will use this to pay the customs charges ourselves.

EU Vat Registered Businesses will need to pay customs charges to the courier as we will not charge you VAT or cover any customs charges.

Rest of the World: We do not include any taxes or duties on the goods sold. Any import taxes or duties charged for the delivery of goods into your country are your responsibility. We recommend that you check what these might be before placing your order.

Delivery Times

If goods are in stock and require no modifications, normal dispatch times are shown below:

Orders received before 11 am, on a work day – Same-day dispatch

Orders received after 11 am – Next working day dispatch


DIN cables

Due to the number of configuration options available, DIN cables are only assembled after an order has been received, so there is often a small delay when shipping these. Please ask before ordering if they are needed for a specific date.

Shipping company estimates

Shipping times are estimates, as provided by the shipping company, and are only a guide. Although we use reputable shipping providers, delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

During periods of high demand

As a small business, our internal resources are limited. Our competitive prices are only achievable by keeping our operating costs low.

Your custom is very important to us and, although we do everything possible to adhere to our estimated delivery times, there are occasions when unusually high demand or complex requirements may cause a delay of one day.

You can be sure, however, that at all times we work hard to deliver products as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Our consistently high level of customer service is what keeps customers returning time and time again.

Delivery Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information (if using a tracked service).

Supply of Goods

  • The products we supply are to be used at your own risk.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any damage, injury or loss arising from the use of these items.
  • Please remember that magnets are very strong and will snap together with great force.
  • All items sold are tested before dispatch and therefore we know they are working properly.
  • By the nature of the products we sell, the configuration of your system and other devices can cause problems. Although we will try to help with these, we cannot be held responsible for issues relating to Windows drivers and conflicts with other devices.

Order Cancellation and Returns

If you change your mind or cancel your order before shipping, we will terminate the order and refund you in full, but please remember that we cannot claim back PayPal or Credit Card fees, so we ask that you only cancel as a last resort.

If you want to change the ordered product, please email us first because changing an order is better than cancelling and creating a new one. We reserve the right to charge you any PayPal fees that we cannot claim back.

Where goods have shipped and you wish to cancel, you must return the goods at your cost. We will then check the goods are as supplied and in perfect condition before refunding the cost of the items.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
