This is the full 7 way product.  4 direction hat, Press and rotary encoder.

This is an OEM product designed and made by Sim Racing Machines.  It is a direct replacement for the hat switch on the above wheels.

No bolts, nuts, risers, cable or knob are included with this part.  We have our own knob that fits and also sell a replacement ribbon cable as a separate product.
